Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Same Pro features. Yearly is one payment of €295.95 for 12 months and adds the Yearly bonus: track requests and mood playlists on request. Monthly is €24.95 each month and you can cancel anytime.
Can I choose MP3 or FLAC?
Yes. Pick your default format in your account tab. Every download uses it, and you can change it whenever you like.
How do track requests work?
As a Yearly member, send us up to 10 tracks or releases a month from the contact form. We'll add them to the catalog whenever they're available to us, and let you know when they're live.
How do mood playlists work?
Pick a mood and, if you like, a few genres or a BPM range. Within 72 hours a 100-track playlist appears in your library, ready to play. One request a month.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes, from your billing page at any time.
